Dr. K.C. Sykora
Lead Dentist & Practice Owner
Dr. Kim C. Sykora grew up in southwestern Minnesota and was a Biology major at the University of Minnesota. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1983, earning the award for top clinician of his class of 150. After seven years in Marshall, MN, he and his wife Yvonne spent years in Papua New Guinea supporting Bible translation work with their three children, before settling near West Chester in 2003.

Associate Dentist
Dr. Favino is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and education. Raised in West Chester, PA, he earned his Bachelor of Science from Wheaton College in Illinois before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Outside the office, Dr. Favino enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and visiting local coffee shops around the borough.

Yvonne Sykora
Office Manager
Yvonne started working full time for Dr. Sykora in 2010, but she has had the pleasure of being his marriage partner since 1978. They make a great team. She works hard to keep the office organized and efficient so that he can do what he loves: care for his patients. She enjoys tending to all the details that are necessary for keeping the office running smoothly. Yvonne and Dr. Sykora are avid gardeners, and they love going home from work and picking everything they need for dinner.

Wendy graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a BS in Dental Hygiene. Her passion is helping patients better understand their oral health for the benefit of optimum overall health. She has three adult sons and enjoys fishing with her husband and sons in her spare time.

Donna is a graduate of Temple University School of dental hygiene and has been practicing for 45 years. She is passionate about making her patients comfortable while helping them to achieve optimum oral health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cooking.

Born and raised in Coatesville, PA, Ashley loves caring for patients in near her hometown community. She brings a friendly, compassionate approach to every visit and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her dog, friends, and family.

Dental Assistant
Originally from Aston, PA, Kristen moved to West Chester in 2023 and loves being part of the community. She enjoys caring for patients and bringing creativity to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and finds joy in crafting — especially cross-stitch. She's also a proud cat mom.

Noemi earned her dental assisting degree in Exton, PA, and brings both skill and kindness to our team. She's known for her warm smile and caring approach, helping make every visit a positive experience. Terms & Conditions
- Upon enrolling, membership for the year will be billed in full and included cleanings will be scheduled.
- Membership and included discounts are valid for 12 months from the date of the first scheduled visit. Unused benefits expire with the expiration of the membership term.
- Memberships can be renewed at the last scheduled cleaning or by phone.
- This is not dental insurance. It cannot be combined with other insurance benefits.
- Challenging treatments will be referred out to dental specialists at the doctor's discretion.
- Membership services and discounts are only eligible at KC Sykora DDS. Discounts are not eligible at specialist offices or other dental practices.
- Patients with active periodontitis (gum disease) who require more than two cleanings per year are not eligible for the "Essentials" membership if they wish to receive periodontal treatment at KC Sykora DDS. Such patients must enroll in the "Complete" or "Premium" membership plan, as determined by the doctor. Patients who choose to remain on the "Essentials" membership will instead be referred to a periodontist for initial therapy and alternating periodontal care.
- Membership discounts do not apply to implants, implant components, implant restoration or any surgical procedures related to implant placement, such as bone grafting, membranes, or platelet-rich fibrin. Soft tissue grafting, Platelet-rich fibrin, and regenerative bone grafting, even if apart from implants, are also excluded from membership discounts.
- 30-day refund guarantee: full refund available if no services or discounts have been used. Membership can be canceled at any time after enrollment.
Important Disclosure
Our membership plan is not dental insurance. Members pay a fee in exchange for discounted rates on select dental services provided at our office, according to the standard KC Sykora DDS fee schedule. Fees for services outside of included benefits are to be paid for as services are rendered. Members are responsible for paying the office directly for all services received.
This program is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act and does not fulfill state minimum coverage requirements (M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00). It is a savings plan offered exclusively through our practice.
